Anna partners with foundations, nonprofits, and public agencies to help them document and learn from the results of their policy, systems change, and community development efforts. Anna is most inspired by the opportunity to work with organizations that are addressing health disparities. She has a strong background in research design and culturally responsive data gathering and community engagement methods.
Anna brings 15 years of prior experience to Engage R+D in consulting and applied research. Her interest in helping social sector organizations document their impact began early in her career in positions at Mathematica Policy Research and Blueprint Research+Design (now part of Arabella Advisors). She has worked with clients such as the California Health Care Foundation, Missouri Foundation for Health, and Primary Care Progress. Anna is particularly adept at helping organizations measure the progress of their investments in complex strategies, such as network building, to bring about social change.
In addition to her research and consulting experience, Anna brings expertise in organizational effectiveness. She applies this expertise both in her client engagements and at her own organization. At Engage R+D, she is leading the development of the firm’s organizational learning practice. She is also fluent in Spanish.
